If anyone is at the point where a loved one needs to enter an aged care facility I suggest very strongly that you speak to Sage first. Truly I wish I had known this as it would have saved us a lot of stress and money. My mother has been in aged care for 2 years and due to a letter from Centrelink I felt I needed to seek advice. Bruce from Sage was incredibly informative and helpful! The stress I was under was depressing and it’s only since I spoke to Bruce today I now feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Truly do yourself a favour- seek advice from sage BEFORE you do one thing when it comes to entering someone into aged care! I cannot urge you enough how important this is and how truly wonderful this company is. Thanks Bruce!
