Sage Care Advice is located in Maroochydore and we take pride in being the Sunshine Coast’s aged care funding experts. We are a privately owned business with a small team and a big commitment to assisting our clients with aged care funding issues. Bruce brings over 20 years of financial services experience to Sage Care Advice, along with a deeply personal understanding of the aged care journey. Having supported his own family through the transition into care, he is passionate about guiding others with clarity and compassion. In 2022, he was honoured as the inaugural Aged Care Steps - Aged Care Adviser of the Year, recognising his commitment to delivering exceptional guidance and support to families navigating aged care. Clients often highlight his clear explanations and practical solutions, which help families feel confident during complex decisions. Bruce is also actively involved in the aged care sector, serving on the boards of Healthy Ageing Partnership (HAP) and Mingary Care, contributing his expertise to initiatives that improve care for older Australians.

Katie’s involvement from the very beginning has helped shape Sage Care Advice and its client-first culture. Known for her ability to explain complex financial matters in simple, empowering ways, she consistently turns uncertainty into clarity for families facing difficult decisions. After being a finalist in 2023, Katie went on to win Aged Care Steps - Aged Care Adviser of the Year in 2024. She was also a finalist in the Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year and the Australian Wealth Management Awards in 2025, recognition that reflects the confidence families place in her and her dedication to guiding them through the aged care process with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

She is also currently studying a Bachelor of Business, furthering her professional knowledge and expertise.
