My sister had to be moved from Retirement village living to Aged Care and it was necessary to do that quickly. I was fortunate to find a place with Opal and they gave me the card for Sage Care Advice. I was very stressed and I had a lot of family giving different opinions. Sage Care Advice has been a life saver. I have found the owner Bruce and his colleague Collett to be so patient, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. To be able to contact them with questions at any time and to know that they would deal with Centrelink and My Aged care on my behalf has been wonderful. The advice has been first rate and they have the capacity to receive information back from Centrelink in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, it has been worth every penny to know that things have been done correctly and you only have to do it once.
